All successful orders will receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes of your order completion.

Make sure to check your Junk/Spam folder to ensure it was not misplaced

Please also check your account to see if the funds have been sent.

Please not this will be on a case by case bases as once the order has been sent through our system it will not be able to be changed

To get the best longevity out of the garment and prints we recommend the following washing instructions:

Wash clothing on a cold setting with the garments inside out.

Hang / air dry garments if possible, avoid tumble drying.

Iron garments inside out.

Shipping

Please contact us ASAP and if the order is yet to be shipped we will be able to amend this prior to sending your order

We know that once you have seen something you love and have made your purchase you want it as soon as possible so we do our best to ensure your order is on its way to you as soon as possible. We usually ship between 1-3 business days. We always aim to get your orders made up and sent out as quick as possible but depending on the number of orders coming through, please allow up to 3 days for orders to be processed.

All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking. Once your order has been completed and lodged with Australia Post, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

Standard flat-rate shipping typically takes 3-5 days for delivery within Australia.

Express shipping typically takes 1-3 days for delivery within Australia.

If you qualify for free shipping, please note this is sent via a standard service, if you require express, please upgrade to express when checking out.

If you’re not based in Australia and want to purchase merch from us, no problem! We ship internationally via Australia Posts international tracked postal service.

On checkout, the system has international shipping rates which should automatically apply. If you’re having any troubles, feel free to get in contact and we can help you out.
