Hi, I’m Toni. In February 2024, I transformed Move Evolve Yoga from a passion into my full-time journey. Before this, I spent 13 years in the medical field, transitioned into group fitness and Pilates, and now I mentor and support in the disability community. Yoga has been my constant companion for over 20 years, guiding me through my darkest times and now flourishing with me in the brightest ones.

Through Move Evolve Yoga, I share the wisdom gained from those challenging moments, but my ultimate goal is to guide you back to the power within yourself.
